Start your day departing from the city of Querétaro and heading into the state’s semi-desert, where the first stop is the Magical Town of San Sebastián de Bernal — home to the world’s third-largest monolith and a sacred site for the Chichimeca-Otomí people, who still preserve their ancestral traditions. This site once marked the frontier between conquered lands and rebellious groups. Next, continue to another Magical Town: Tequisquiapan, once renowned for its thermal waters and famously visited by President Venustiano Carranza. Stroll through its charming streets before heading to El Marqués, where a vineyard experience awaits. Enjoy a tasting of three signature wines paired with a regional cheese board. The journey concludes at a 16th-century Hacienda, now also a vineyard. Explore its historic manor, granaries, and vineyards, while enjoying a refreshing drink made from the estate’s own wine.
